WiRealm pieces include (but are not limited to) rings, ear crickets, earrings, pendant necklaces, etc. We tend to get requests for WiRealm pieces, but if you have other pieces in question, feel free to reach out to learn whether we can assist.

IF YOU ARE LOCAL. Process below is still similar, but we’d skip the shipping!

Step 1: Email us with picture(s) of your item and any specific details.
Step 2: Both parties discuss your desired result, options to achieve it, timeline and pricing (between $10 and $40 depending on volume and tarnish level)
Step 4: Purchase!
Step 5: If you are local, drop items off at our studio. If you are not local, ship item(s) to address (will be provided to you).
Step 6: We repair your item.
Step 7: If you are local, pick up items at our studio. If you are not local, we will ship item(s) back to you.

THE REPAIR INCLUDES
- Item will be cleaned with relevant chemicals tools or devices to remove tarnish, dirt, build-up (liquid polish cleaner, tumbler, ultrasonic cleaner)
- Replacement of earring hooks, chain or other related components
- Shape up of wire parts that could use some love (if applicable)

FINALLY
- We will fix it up for you and send it back ASAP! (2 week turnaround)
