BEFORE PURCHASE:
- Contact us with pictures of your item (a couple different angles so we get the full gravity of the situation).
- We will respond with a suggestions for repair versus replacement.
- If it can be repaired, we will direct you to the correct pricing option to select in this item.

NEXT
- Ship item to address (will be provided to you) OR drop off at studio (in Alexandria, VA)
- Pay regular shipping costs (approx $5-$6), if applicable
